There are several effective ways of working with actors – and some treacherous pitfalls. Good ways include: actors performing a pre-written script that addresses a particular management or communication skills topic; or actors briefed to interact with each other, directed by a facilitator – and even by the participants. It’s important to avoid the pitfalls of scaring an audience by – amongst other crimes - going too fast, leaving them dangling emotionally or picking on people. We always:
